Mm... that's the thing though, Its the loyal fans that kept them seperated and made them rivals for so long, I'm willing for those same people to make the ammends that both companies have already done. Not saying this in a bad way, but we still have many of those fanboys out there. I guess I was spared from it all, because that battle went on while I was very young, so I'm indifferent about them :\

Well, back then, I was on Nintendo's side. Used to really piss me off when some Sgea fan went around saying "Genesis does what Nintendont" So yeah, I used to be one of those overly-furvorant fan boys, and I was up until 2007. That was when my loyalty to Nintendo waned because Nintendo started to market itself to casual gamers(and that pretty much told me that Nintendo didnt want to play with core gamers anymore.) So I became a Free-Agent Gamer-loyal to no one. If there is an overall winner in this current console generation, then that company I swear new loyalty to. While Nintendo wants it's casual crowd to play cooking simulations, or play games that involve going to court(and yes Im talking about Pheonix Wright), or raising everything from hamsters-to-rabbits-to-babies. I on the other hand want to frag aliens bent on planetary destruction, get all shaolin on a gang of thugs that kidnapped my hot chick girlfriend, fight super robot ninja bosses, and look for the princess in another castle.

Oh.....sorry about the rant. I got carried away. *smakd* Ya know, if Sonic had been in the sad state that he is in now back in the early 90s, I would have been over-joyed beyond words.

It's quite alright, rants help us to vent out our frustrations at times
although, now you can say this...
"Sega does what Nintendont... makes crappy Sonic games!"
